Connection without the cringe.... Reigniting teams through the power of creativity, scent and play.

You care deeply about your people, but lately, connection feels harder to find.

You’ve run the away days and team-building sessions, but they still fall flat. It feels more like ticking a box than creating real connection.

You can feel the fatigue in the room. People are showing up, but the spark that once made your team come alive has faded under the weight of meetings and metrics.

You’re tired of surface level engagement. You want your team to feel energised, creative, and genuinely connected again, without it feeling forced.

You keep wondering how to bring the heart back. You want your team to feel energised, creative, and genuinely connected again, but you’re not sure how to get there without it feeling forced or awkward.

You can feel it. Something needs to change. You might not have the words yet, but you know there’s a better, more human way to bring your team together.

You keep asking yourself, how do we bring the heart back into this?

You know culture isn’t built through another PowerPoint deck, but through shared moments that make people feel something real.

SECTION 1 ATTENTION GETTER: Write a short line here that speaks directly to your dream person’s current struggles.

It’s Time to Rethink How We Bring People Together.

Many leaders want to create events that truly connect people, but it can feel impossible to find experiences that are both meaningful and fun. You’ve probably tried a few things already, and it’s understandable to feel unsure about what’s actually working anymore!

It’s easy to start wondering if maybe this is just how events are meant to be? A little predictable, a little surface level perhaps? But what you’re noticing isn’t failure, it’s awareness. It’s the sign of a culture that’s ready for something more real.

People crave connection that feels natural, creative, and full of life. One that doesn’t rely on gimmicks or forced fun, but instead invites them to slow down, engage their senses, and connect in a way that feels genuine.

You need a fresh way forward. One that feels alive again.

And that’s exactly what I help you create: experiences that people don’t just attend, but actually remember.

Hi, I'm Hayley. Founder of Pretty Little Aroma.

Before I started creating scent experiences, I spent years in the corporate fragrance world, surrounded by beautiful products but missing the human connection behind them. I saw how scent could move people, spark memories, and shift a whole atmosphere, yet it was often treated like a formula instead of a feeling.

That’s what inspired me to do things differently!

To bring fragrance back to people, not just products. Now, I help people like you, use scent as a way to spark creativity, connection, and conversation.

I care about this work because I’ve seen what happens when people slow down, breathe in, and let their senses lead. Walls come down. Laughter bubbles up. Ideas flow. It’s a kind of magic that reminds us we’re all human and that’s what makes every experience unforgettable!

Here is how I can support you.

Working with me isn’t about ticking boxes, it’s about creating space for curiosity, connection, and a good dose of fun. Every experience is tailored to your group, but the heart stays the same. We slow down, engage the senses, and let fragrance spark creativity and conversation.

Think of it as part creative lab, part strategy session, part “Apprentice” challenge. I set the brief, lay out the materials, and then step back so your team can experiment, debate, and design together. It’s structured play, guided by purpose. Together, we turn something abstract - your company’s DNA, your values, your story - into something you can actually hold (and smell) by the end of the day!

No forced icebreakers, no fluff. Just a space where laughter flows, creativity feels easy, and connection happens naturally.

A little more about me...

I believe creativity isn’t reserved for the “artsy” types, it’s something we all have tucked inside, waiting for a little spark. I’m here for the moments that make people light up, laugh, and say, “that was soooo much fun! Haven't had that much fun in ages”

🌪 I have a weird and dangerous synergy with mother nature... I have been in two hurricanes, two earthquakes, a monsoon and was stranded in Mexico City and NYC after a volcanic eruption! So never travel with me ok?

🧬 I have a degree in Forensic Science, which comes in handy when watching crime dramas, listening to true crime podcasts and solving mysteries no one asked me to (my favourite things to do in my spare time!)

🍌 I used to have an irrational fear of bananas… and that’s all we’ll say on that.

💃 If there’s music playing, I’m absolutely the one starting the dance floor (and ALWAYS the first one at the buffet table)

... oh and as you can tell by the photos I love the camera!

Meet Hayley

AKA THE WRITE-ABOUT-YOURSELF-IN-THIRD-PERSON VERSION

Hayley is a Fragrance Designer with over 20 years of experience creating scents that spark emotion and connection. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she helped shape the fragrances behind some of the world’s most recognisable household brands, including Tide, Ariel, Fairy, Daz, Ace, Pantene, and Bold.

Later, she joined Unilever as a Senior R&D Fragrance Manager, leading projects for beloved global names such as Lynx, Sure, Dove, Impulse, and Vaseline. Her work has always balanced creative artistry with deep consumer understanding, blending imagination with insight to design fragrances that truly resonate.

Today, she brings that same passion for sensory storytelling into her own creative work, helping people reconnect with their senses, spark curiosity, and rediscover the joy of play through scent.

Outside of the fragrance world, she is happiest travelling, soaking in a long bath, or listening to true crime podcasts. She also believes in living a life you’re proud to share and creating spaces where people can show up as their truest selves.

Still wanna know more? (Good! I’ve always got more to share!)
